Paint shall be white with 30” and below of color matching blue to current truck storage facility. All entrance doors shall be painted white and have gaps caulked. All building lettering will be removed and painted color matching blue and reaffixed to the same location. Clean all surface areas with etching agent, scrape loose and peeling paint, spot prime bare wood and metal, caulk and wood fill as needed in all areas that are failing or missing fill. Clean up shall include daily breakdown of ladders and stored in a location as directed by the Maquoketa Public Works Director. Each day shall end in a swept like condition with all trash material disposed of at the on-site dumpster provided by the City. Upon completion, all tools, supplies, and equipment will be removed from the property. Paint shall be 100% Acrylic Pro Industrial Latex Satin (White & color matching blue). Primer shall be an Extreme Bond primer.
