A. Clear Diesel/On-Road 1. Diesel may contain 5% biodiesel and up to 5% renewable 2. Approximate annual usage is 87,000 gallons. 3. Delivery must be made within 24 hours of notification. 4. Total order quantity will be 8,000 gallons inclusive of regular gasoline order quantity (3,000 gallons diesel & 5,000 gallons regular gasoline, etc.) 5. Habersham County will pay no freight. 6. Diesel must be invoice separately from regular gasoline. 7. Invoice must be transmitted via email. 8. Bill of Lading will be filled out and received or left in drop box at time of delivery. B. Regular Gasoline 1. Regular gasoline with octane rating of 87 with ethanol, product 87E10. 2. Approximate annual usage 114,000 gallons. 3. Delivery must be made within 24 hours of notification. 4. Total order quantity will be 8,000 gallons inclusive of clear diesel order quantity (4,000 gallons regular gasoline & 4,000 diesel) 5. Habersham County will pay no freight. 6. Gasoline must be invoiced separate from clear diesel. 7. Invoice must be transmitted via email. 8. Bill of Lading will be filled out and received or left in drop box at time of delivery.
