1. Purpose and Background The State of Arizona, its Agencies, Boards and Commissions (State) as well as Participating Members of the State Purchasing Cooperative (Cooperative), have an ongoing requirement for various products and services as described herein. The purpose of this solicitation is to conduct a competitive process, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) 41-2501 et seq., to create a contract(s) from which the State and its Cooperative Members may acquire Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Receivers and Related Equipment 2. Objectives This solicitation shall provide for: 2.1. Value-Added-Reseller, distributor, as well as manufacturer-direct proposals; 2.2. Global Navigation Satellite System Receivers, antennas, (“GNSS”) and related products and services based upon entire manufacturer product lines, rather than specifying product-specific, technology requirements; 2.3. Availability of lease and rental programs for both short term and long term on equipment; 2.4. Maintenance program on existing equipment; and 2.5. Flexible products and services that will evolve to include changing technologies and fully utilize next generation networks.
