The City of San José (“City”) is solicitating bids from qualified vendors to provide construction of 1B pole foundations along with installation, activation, and programming services for Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) LED Warning Systems and Static Poles. Mounting Hardware will be provided by the City (TAPCO or equivalent products) and Vendor shall provide all other labor, materials, and ancillary equipment necessary to perform such services as specified herein. General Specifications 2.1 Vendor shall construct 1B pole foundations and install, activate, and program Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) LED Warning Systems to City required specifications as defined herein and in the appendixes listed below. 2.1.1 Appendix 9A – Typical RRFB Arrangement Detail; 2.1.2 Appendix 9B – Foundation Design for 1B Pole (Structural); 2.1.3 Appendix 9C – 1B Pole Bonding – Method A
