Provide indoor and outdoor pest control for multiple statewide facilities including, but not limited to: Mice/Rodent control Insect control (Cockroaches, Ants, Spiders Bees and Wasps only when required) (Termite and Mosquito control not required) Snake control (including poisonous snakes such as Rattlesnakes) Wild animal control (Primarily Skunks, Bats, Raccoons, Foxes, Pocket Gophers and Prairie Dogs) Nuisance Birds (such as Woodpeckers) Pest infestation of COARNG billeting areas The bid price shall include all costs associated with labor, equipment, transportation, pesticides, etc. required for surveying, trapping, eradicating and or removal of all the above animals. The bid price shall also include monthly interior and exterior inspections for all the above pests.
