1. The purpose of this Scope of Work is to acquire services that will provide a list of veterans currently living and residing in Colorado, along with their contact information. Services also include keeping that data current, so that the Division of Veterans Affairs may conduct outreach and provide veterans services. As the Colorado population fluctuates with veterans, and veterans reach the ends of their natural lives, accurate identification of those changes shall ensure that resources are available for those who are residents of the State of Colorado. The Division seeks a service where this information meets four (4) primary objectives: 1.1. A low-cost service 1.2. A cost model that is based on defined deliverables. 1.3. A simple user interface or list that is easy to search, sort, export, and share. 1.4. Can be updated with the latest applicable data sets Biannually – every 180 days.
