Shower fixture accessories to be purchased and installed by the contractor. Specifications must be submitted to the City of Pigeon Forge for approval before purchased. e. Full Stonhard spec to be attached with specific qualifications and notes. 2. Walls a. Existing walls to be repainted. Wall paint plan to be attached. Tile to be placed on all sink walls and other accent walls in chevron pattern tile lay. lf using what is not specified, it must be approved by Envision Collaborative lnteriors and the City of Pigeon Forge. The built-in bench is to have existing tile work removed and replaced with an epoxy finish. b. Lockers to be purchased by the contractor according to the specification of Envision Collaborative lnteriors. To purchase lockers, one must source through Envision Collaborative lnteriors. 4. Partitions a. Existing partitions to be removed and replaced with new. b. Partitions must be what is specified or of equal or more quality and value. lf using what is not specified, it must be approved by Envision Collaborative lnteriors and the City of Pigeon Forge.
