Uniforms • Work Shirts (Short Sleeve/Long Sleeve) – Durable, breathable, and high visibility in design. • Pants – Heavy-duty, durable fabric resistant to wear and tear with sufficient flexibility for movement. • Jackets and Outerwear – Weather-resistant jackets for rain, cold weather, and other environmental conditions. Compliant with safety standards such as ANSI 107/OSHA requirements for high-visibility gear. • Protective Footwear (Boots) – Include work boots that meet the safety standards for construction and utility work (e.g., steel-toe boots). B. Material and Durability • All uniforms should be made from durable, high-quality, breathable fabrics that allow for comfort and flexibility in outdoor conditions. • Fabrics should be flame-resistant (FR) or oil/chemical-resistant if required for specific jobs or tasks. • Materials should be tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and able to withstand heavy-duty use. C.
