I. Interior A. Demolition 1. Remove walls between offices 2. Remove half of the wall between classrooms 3. Remove half wall in kitchen/health room 4. Cut three doors in the hallway B. Abatement 1. Place plastic under restroom C. Framing & Walls 1. Frame up office walls – check egress with door swing (add for sheetrock) 2. Frame up restroom walls – check egress with door swing (add for sheetrock) D. Electrical 1. Add electrical drops for all offices 2. Add TECHNOLOGY data drops 3. Add data and power drops for copy machines in hallway or offices E. Plumbing 1. Replumb bathrooms and add one additional bathroom 2. Rough-in plumbing for kitchen – breakroom (2nd floor) (dishwasher/sink/fridge) 3. Rearrange kitchen in health room – add island, move stove to back outside wall F. Fire Protection 1. Fire Alarm – Complete rewire, add pulls, strobes, horns, and panels 2. Fire Sprinklers – Install new system after flow test 3. Fire Suppression – Install system for stoves G. HVAC 1. Add dehumidification for 500 section 2. Move ducts as needed 3. Duct stove vent to outside 4. Install new RTUs and mini-split cassettes
