The Vendor will provide water sample testing services, including but not limited to all materials, labor, equipment, containers, supervision, services, disposal charge and incidentals for water sample testing services, in accordance with this specification and scope of work, as requested by the Baltimore County Engineering and Regulation Division Laboratory Supervisor (BCERDLS), or the designated representative. 1.1 All testing performed under this Request for Quotation shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws governing laboratory testing of water samples, and all referenced standards and methods, as per this specification. The laboratory and staff must be certified and licensed to operate in the State of Maryland, and to perform the services requested. Certifications are required to be submitted with the Bid documentation. 1.2 Water samples will be collected by Baltimore County Staff and delivered directly to the Vendor’s laboratory. 1.3 The laboratory shall provide all labor, clerical support, furniture, office space utilities, sample containers, applicable preservatives, Chain-of-Custody forms, testing equipment, related supplies and any other related incidentals required to perform the testing services requested. Baltimore County will pick-up the sample containers from the Vendor’s lab.
