The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, parts and supervision required to maintain, in optimum operating condition, each device of the Fire Alarm Systems. Service shall include repair and replacement of parts, components, and devices, cabling between buildings, inspection, calibration, cleaning and lubrication, pertaining to the efficient operation of the system. Contractor shall also furnish all supervision, labor and material required to maintain in optimum operating condition, each device of the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems, Backflow Preventors and Check Valve, Hydrants, Standpipes, Intergon Gas Suppression System, and Kitchen Hoods. Services shall include repair and replacement of parts components and devices, inspection calibration, cleaning and lubrication pertaining to the efficient operation of the system as listed on the Preventative Maintenance Checklist.
