The County has designated two (2) locations for signage to be designed, constructed and/or refaced and installed at a new location on the NW corner of the 92 Highway and State Highway E, Smithville, MO 64089 and an existing sign location off of 92 Highway and Jesse James Road, Kearney, MO 64060. a. Signage; NW corner of 92 Highway and State Highway E, Smithville, MO 64089 1. Vendor shall be responsible for and provide the County, the site survey, permits and all installation requirements. 2. Signage shall be installed at a minimum of twenty-four (24) Inches above the vendor installed concrete pad. 3. Refer to Attachment No. 1 for example and approximate dimensions of the signage to be considered. i. Existing Design element include the blue wave portion sits out from the white “LAKE” lettering and County prefers a multi-dimensional design but are open to alternative recommendations. ii. No lighting will be required, no electrical at the site. iii. Vendor to provide two (2) sided example designs, weather resistant material examples and other necessary information regarding signage to be installed Example to be considered is sixty (60) inches x sixty (60) inches. a.) The County is open to all additional designs, dimensions, materials suggested by vendor. b. Signage; 92 Hwy and Jesse James Road, Kearney, Missouri 64060 1. Vendor shall reface existing signage at this location. i. Weather resistance materials preferred are Maxmetal ACM panels with vinyl but not required. ii. Existing signage dimensions are one hundred and eight (108) inches by seventyeight (78) inches. iii. Vendor inspection of existing sign is required. a.) The County believes the new signage can be attached directly over top of the existing Signage/Structure.
