A. Compressors 1. There are seven (7) air compressors: a) Two (2) Kaeser 25 H.P. air cooled units b) Two (2) Kaeser 40 H.P. air cooled units c) Three (3) Kaeser 75 H.P. water cooled units 2. Annual Replacement: All seven (7) units will receive an annual service that includes but may not limed to the replacement of the following: a) Lubricant b) Separator elements c) Air filters d) Oil filters e) Cabinet filters f) Vent valve diaphragms 3. Annual Inspection: All seven (7) units will receive an annual inspection that includes but is not limited to the following: a) Electrical components b) Mechanical components c) Drive couplings d) Inlet valves e) Vent valves f) Check valves g) Control lines f) Oil lines 4. Annual Cleaning: Air and oil coolers are to be cleaned on air cooled units. 5. Annual Logging: Temperatures, voltages, and amperages are to be logged on a form, which will be developed with the selected vendor between the City and vendor. 6. Annual Servicing: The water cooled units are to be only serviced annually due to low hours of production. 7. Semi-Annual Inspection: All units are to be inspected two (2) times per year. 8. Semi-Annual Servicing: The air cooled units are to be serviced two (2) times per year. This will include but may not be limited to the replacement of the following: a) Air filters b) Oil filters c) Cabinet filters d) Inspection will include but may not be limited to the following: 1) Electrical components 2) Mechanical components 3) Drive couplings 4) Inlet valves 5) Vent valves 6) Check valves 7) Control lines 8) Oil lines e) Cleaning: Air and oil coolers are to be cleaned on air cooled units. f) Logging: Temperatures, voltages, and amperages are to be logged on a form, which will be developed with the selected vendor between the City and vendor. B. Dryers 1. Two (2) Kaeser Twin Tower Heatless Desiccant Dryers with particulate and oil coalescing in- line filters. a) Annual Replacement of: 1) Purge mufflers 2) Line filter elements 3) Internal float drains b) Semi-Annual Inspection: These units are to be inspected two (2) times per year. C. Condensate Management & Air Receivers 1. There are two (2) condensate management systems. They are on air cooled compressors. These units require the following: a) Annual Replacement of: 1) Cartridges 2) Foam filters
