A. Litter Pickup Services 1. Contractor shall perform manual or mechanical litter pickup services at Dane County Waste & Renewables properties and surrounding areas as designated by Dane County Waste & Renewables. 2. This includes the collection, removal, and disposal of debris to ensure all areas remain free of windblown litter. 3. All designated areas must be free of visible litter following service. B. Disposal of Litter & Clean Up 1. All collected litter must be disposed of according to the waste management protocols and in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, including any and all safety regulations. 2.
