The proposed roadway cross section will consist of 11-foot lanes, 3-foot paved shoulders, and 1- foot aggregate shoulders. E. This project is 100% locally funded 3.5. Project 1: CTH JG (CTH A to Britt Valley Road) - Scope of Work A. The scope of this project includes both preliminary and final design of CTH JG. B. The typical section will consist of 11-foot lanes, 3-foot paved shoulders and 4-foot aggregate shoulders.
