Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The concession stand shall sell at a minimum: • Hot and cold beverages, food, miscellaneous “snack bar”, items and skate park related equipment and supplies. Examples of food items for sale to include but not limited to hot dogs, grilled cheese, hot sandwiches, chili, chicken salad, and nachos. Also included are snacks, crackers, candies, and meat sticks. Sale of beverages, such as soda, water, and sports drinks. • No Alcoholic Beverages will be allowed for sale. • No Tobacco products of any kind will be allowed for sale. • These facilities do not have a ventilation hood as required for fried food. Without exception, no deep fryers are permitted. Air fryers may be permitted upon review and approval of the City. 2) The successful respondent shall be self-contained and be able to run the concession stand as their small business.
