Design: Aluminum construction. 4.1.4. Length: Approximately twenty feet (20’) 4.1.5. Width: Eight feet (8’) 4.1.6. Side Height Minimum: Twenty-four inches (24”) 4.1.7. Transom Height Minimum: Twenty-eight inches (28”) 4.1.8. Hull Design: A. Bottom and Transom: Minimum 0.190 inch thickness, 5086 Marine Grade Aluminum. B. Sides: Minimum 0.125 inch thickness, 5086 Marine Grade Aluminum. C. V-crimped Sides: Minimum three (3) crimps inside V-crimp sides with two (2) being between crimps. D. Forward Deck: i) Shall extend back at a minimum of thirty-eight inches (38”) ii) Shall be welded solid on top, sides, and bottom for added strength. E. Bottom of Hull: Shall be reinforced with a minimum of seven (7) two inch by to inch by three eights inch (2”x2”x3/8”) T bars or doubled two inch by to inch by one quart inch (2”x2”x1/4”) stringer centers, entire length of hull.
