General Requirements: The contractor shall provide Missouri Scholars Program Audit Services for the State Treasurer’s Office in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein. Minimum Experience Requirements: The contractor must meet or exceed the following minimum experience requirements at the time of proposal submission and for the duration of the contract: Must be an independent auditor who meets all requirements of Chapter 326, RSMo, and the code of professional ethics and rules of conduct promulgated by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy; and Must have a minimum of three years of audit experience.
