The City of Redding has not replaced our current Production Multifunction Digital photocopy machines for over seven years. We are unsure of current prices and market conditions so we desire two options be submitted so that our review committee may determine what is the best device for our needs and budget. Option #1 Replace with newest model similar to our current Xerox C 60 (such as a Xerox Primelink C9275 or equivalent); Option #2 Replace with the latest version of a digital press (similar to Xerox Versant 280 press or equivalent); The City is replacing a Xerox XC60 color copier with a Fiery server and a Xerox DC 110 black toner copier with a FreeFlow server (see features below). We are looking to meet our needs (scanning, copying, printing, modular bindery sections): with one, color toner device, while retaining or improving the features, speed and high graphics quality, especially color, of our current equipment and adding envelope printing.
