CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. The Contractor shall provide NPWT equipment rental services on an as-needed basis. 2. The Contractor shall provide delivery and/or pickup twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week on an as-needed basis. 3. The Contractor shall deliver NPWT equipment within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving a request from the CMO/HCM/CEO or designee. 4. The Contractor shall deliver NPWT equipment after business hours, as needed, and shall make necessary arrangements to ensure delivery. 5. The Contractor agrees to provide one Registered Nurse (RN) at no additional cost to the Institution/Facility to conduct and initial assessment at the location and time designated by the CMO/HCM/CEO or designee for any patient. 6. The Contractor agrees to provide recommendations for a plan of care based on size and location of wound, volume, and character of drainage. 7. The Contractor shall set-up NPWT equipment in the area specified by the CMO/HCM/CEO or designee. 8. The Contractor shall ensure that the NPWT equipment provided under this Contract shall be delivered in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operational condition and be in good working order.
