The Contractor shall supply all Labor, Materials and Equipment required or necessary to complete the work called out in the contract documents and to be aware that this contract will require the following portions of work to be completed related to the Abatement of Buildings 25 & 26 & Quonset Hut at VHS Project. The Contractor shall prior to the start of construction, thoroughly inspect and survey the existing facility and site conditions to completely familiarize themselves with the existing conditions and specific work locations. If during the inspection period any issues are found or discovered, the Contractor shall immediately notify the District and obtain directions for resolution. Contractor is required to implement and maintain any required SWPPP/BMP practices. These measures shall be implemented at no extra cost to the District. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide any additional required site clearing and cleaning efforts to complete the scope of work: including street sweeping, haul off, dewatering, and final clean when demobilized as applicable. The Contractor shall comply with all AHJ requirements, obtain all required permits or inspections for any work effecting areas adjacent to the site, provide any required traffic control and re-route signage to comply with all laws and regulations.
