The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various consulting firms to perform construction engineering services in 2025 for the Pleasant Avenue (Jefferson Ave. to St. Clair Ave.) project. This project will fully reconstruct the corridor. The roadway length is approximately 0.5 miles, has an ADT of 1,121, and the corridor serves access to interstate 35E. The project includes utility work, grading, curb and gutter work, installation of stormwater management treatments, paving, signage/striping, lighting, landscaping, shared use path, and sidewalk work. Addenda if necessary will be posted on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
