a. The On-Call software must allow Upstate Medical University hospital and its departments to maintain On-call schedules. b. Bidder’s solution must be web-based. Explain if and how the On-call software proposed by your firm meets this requirement. c. Bidders On-call software must be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. d. The On-call software will be used to enter information into a database and must allow searching capabilities to see which Physicians/ Providers/users are On-call for a given department or service within the institution. e. The On-Call software will not only act as an On-call list but must offer an automated feature to roll out schedules for a Physician, Department, or Service. f. The On-Call software must also be accessible on handheld devices, such as iPhone and Android Smartphones. g. The On-Call software must be able to interface or communicate On-call schedules to our Electronic Medical Records system (EPIC). The On-call information must be presented in real time interfacing.
