The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Services for Incarcerated Adults. The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office provides in-custody services that support the community reintegration of incarcerated adults through evidence-based programs and services. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a licensed Provider of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services to deliver in-custody treatment and recovery support for incarcerated adults in need of substance use disorder treatment (SUDT). The RFP sets forth the desired service objectives, program scope, responsibilities, and administrative provisions of an anticipated MAT program in Sonoma County adult detention facilities. The Sheriff’s Office hopes to begin services as soon as Fall 2025. It should be assumed that the term of the agreement for the proposed MAT services will be for a minimum of three years.
