The Community College of Rhode Island is interested in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create job postings for various types of positions each with their unique interview plans, collect applications from internal and external candidates with ease for the user, collect interview evaluations from each member of the search committee at every stage of the interview process, offer scheduling assistance and integrations, set up virtual and onsite interviews within the ATS, communicate to candidates and search committee members through the ATS and integration with Outlook, create customized approval queues, manage user roles and permissions, have a reporting and customizable reporting function, have excellent customer and technical support, and customize entire ATS system to the needs of CCRI.
