The OTAG has a need for A/E services for various National Guard facilities located in North Dakota. Work shall include design services, including the preparation of plans and specifications, required in conjunction with new facilities or remodeling, repair and maintenance type projects. Selected A/E firms shall be responsible for furnishing an electronic set of final drawings and specifications, and up to twelve hard copy sets of final drawings to the OTAG prior to the bidding of each project. Submit as-built drawings, specifications, and operation and maintenance (O&M) information to OTAG within 6 months of final project completion. Various types of inspections, studies, reports, cost estimates, utility locates, GIS data collection and development services, and LEED certification may also be required. Projects will mainly involve architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; however, other disciplines may also be required and additional subconsultants, to a primary Contractor, meeting the requirements of this RFP and AGND Document 402 may be approved under this IDIQ on an as needed basis. For projects involving locating Owner owned utilities, the responsible A/E firm will be responsible for providing utility locate services as needed.
