A. Successful contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment needed to inspect, repair and clean underground detention systems. B. Services provided must be of the highest quality and consistent with manufacturers’ standard practices for detention system maintenance. C. All services will be scheduled in coordination with the County representative and be mutually agreed upon. D. Inspect pipelines to include all features of the detention system. This includes defects in the system, as well as debris, foreign materials, sediment, needed repairs, etc. E. Inspection must include recommendations for repairs and / or cleaning required in order to maintain the detention systems in good working order. F. Inspection report must include photographs of all deficiencies. G. Cleaning and repairs not completed during the inspection must be completed in a timely manner as determined by the County representative. H. All debris must be disposed of off of County property according to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines. I. Contractor is responsible for site safety at all times during the inspection, repair and cleaning process.
