The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Hydraulic Analysis (Scour Analysis 2401263), Utility Coordination, Design Plans, Traffic Management Plans and Construction Phase Services. Tree clearing is also anticipated. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, and Public Involvement Services, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT will provide the Geotechnical Investigation and Land Acquisition Services for these projects, if required. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item
