The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Hydraulic Analysis-as needed, Utility Coordination, Design Plans, Traffic Management Plans and Construction Phase Services. Tree clearing is also anticipated. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, and Public Involvement Services, if these work-types become necessary.
