The selected consultant will perform Topographic Survey, right of way plan development services and right of way title research services on an as-needed basis. The selected firms shall prepare right of way plans, title research, legal descriptions, route survey plats or right of way parcel plats. This item may also include peer review of completed r/w engineering documents, legal descriptions, parcel plats, final r/w plans, and r/w staking. Additionally, the selected consultant will be required to have Land Records System (LRS) access through the INDOT Real Estate Division in order to establish all the right of way engineering services. The selected consultant will be responsible for parcel creation and parcel details entered into the LRS application program. All survey deliverables will comply with IDM specifications and be compatible with Open Roads.
