Vendor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licensed supervision, manpower and all incidentals required to provide Preventive, Routine and Emergency Maintenance HVAC Services for all equipment to the following specifications: A) Provide Quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) Services at the Greenville County Aquatics Complex for the Munters and Trane units; Specifications/Equipment Requirements for the Munters Units are included. B) Provide Preventative Maintenance on all HVAC units quarterly at all other facilities specified per manufacturers specifications. C) Perform the following Preventative Maintenance Services, for equipment specified: 1) Clean Condenser Coil - one (1) time per year 2) Change Belts - one (1) time per year (as required) 3) Change Filters and Clean Filter Guards - four (4) times per year. Filters shall be provided by the vendor. D) Provide Routine and As-Needed Maintenance Services during Business Hours (8AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday) E)Respond to all requests within four (4) hours of notification to schedule service with an authorized County Representative. F) Provide As-Needed Emergency Services for the facilities specified. G) Respond to Emergency Requests outside of the normal Business Hours (Evenings, Holidays and Weekends) within 24 hours upon receipt of service request. H) Provide Service Orders on company's letterhead, indicating the name of the Service Technician providing the services for each project. I) Provide quote to the County for any needed repair; County will authorize repairs if quote is deemed reasonable. J) Provide approved Service Order with Invoice for each project. K) Services shall be provided without subleasing, reassigning, transferring, subcontracting or conveying any portion of the services without written permission from Greenville County. L) Service Technicians shall wear the company's uniform at all times when on Greenville County Property and vehicles must be marked with vendors logo M) Service Technicians shall refrain from smoking, vaping, use of profanity and possessing alcoholic beverages on Greenville County property.
