This project includes the construction of a new, single story, wood framed structure that will be used by the Tribe for multiple uses. This project is on land that is undeveloped. All new civil site improvements will be required including, but not limited to, new access road, parking lot, utility trenching and connections, landscaping and hardscaping including a walking path in the backyard of the property. Interior improvements include a commercial kitchen, walk in freezer and cooler, cook line with overhead hood exhaust systems, serving line, dishwashing facilities and dry food storage. The meal area is a multi-function space that can be used for serving meals or other types of gatherings for the community. Other rooms in the structure include a reception area, office, restrooms, back of house support and utility rooms, an arts and craAs room and a living room space.
