o Ceramic Coating: The contractor shall develop written calibration and/or maintenance procedures and data sheets to verify calibration and/or maintenance procedures. o The contractor must submit all written reports (within five (5) working days) of calibration and/or maintenance activities performed, and including any actions needed, to the City, including but not limited to software upgrades. o The contractor shall maintain a daily log of all work history that will reside both on the contractors' database and on the customer’s computer database. o The contractor shall perform annual scheduled inspection visits at all sites included in the contract.
