A. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, fuel, seed, and traffic control, to include all equipment and flaggers as required per the most recent version of the Virginia Work Area Protection Manual (VWAPM) and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements stated within. Travel expenses between sites or multiple visits to sites to complete services will be covered in the set Mobilization fee (see page 8, E. Method of Ordering Work, #3). The work shall consist of site preparation, installation/ planting of wildflower seed and disposal of all generated debris. The Contractor shall be capable of commencing work within ten (10) calendar days of award of this IFB. The Contractor shall begin work within seven (7) days after work order and shall work consistently until the work order has been completed.
