A brief description of work in the project follows: • Roof Size is approximately 46,000 sq ft on 10 roof sections. • Removal of existing spray foam roofing, gravel surfaced built-up roof/insulation systems down to wood, metal and concrete decks. • Perform masonry repair and repointing to inside of parapets. • Power broom and remove gravel from main roof. • Install mechanically fastened and fully adhered insulation systems, cover board and fleece backed PVC roofing system. • Remove and replace wet insulation areas on main roof on unit price basis. • Mechanically fasten coverboard and insulation crickets over main roof. Fully adhere fleece backed PVC single-ply membrane fully adhered to the cover board. • Install new through wall scuppers and drainage components including underground tie-ins. • Roofing system installation shall require on-going inspections by the Membrane Manufacturer during the installation process and will be eligible to receive a 20-year NDL material and labor warranty, full-system including the insulation and membrane. • For bidding purposes, job start is estimated to be June 2025. • Completion date is 180 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed from the Owner. • The resulting contract will be to furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work as shown on the plans and described in the project specifications.
