The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a Vendor to construct a pre-engineered pole building at Sahara Woods SRA to serve as a Mine Rescue Station. The project will consist of constructing a 40’ x 50’ x 14’ pre-engineered pole building to be located within the office complex of Sahara Woods SRA at 1210 Tipple Road in Carrier Mills, IL. SCOPE OF WORK: Grading and Layout - Vendor shall layout all work and establish all working lines, levels, elevations and measurements, and contact DNR Regional Engineer for review and approval of layout prior to initiating any sitework. The pre-engineered pole building shall be oriented as identified on the Plan Sheets in Attachment 1. Vendor shall grade the site by first removing the top 6-inches of topsoil and stockpiling it for later use.
