The successful responder shall provide consultant services for a Town-Wide Recreational Master Plan that will involve the following phases of work: Research & Discovery, Community Engagement, Analysis, Visioning, and a draft & final Report. Phase 1: Research & Discovery Upon acceptance of contract, the Consultant will conduct an initial project planning and discovery session to identify key stakeholders, project team members, project schedule, and set project milestones for meetings and deliverables. The Consultant will be responsible to collect as much existing valuable data regarding existing plans, structure, operations, finances, current programming, and systems. The Town & Parks Department will work with the Consultant to provide the necessary documents and data requested.
