Provide all personnel, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other itemsto ensure the proper function of fire alarm systems at each facility belonging to the California Air National Guard at March Air Reserve Base, CA. The contractor shall complete an annual inspection and testing of identified building fire alarm systems. To include all detection systems, receiving and recording equipment, and sprinkler systems of each building as specified herein. 1.1 ANNUAL FIRE SYSTEM TESTING: Testing shall be performed one time each year. Both parties will adhere to the same time frame for succeeding years (25/26), (26/27) & (27/28). Date and time must be scheduled between both parties, the Contract Manager (CM) & Contractor.
