EVERY ODD NUMBERED WEEK: EXTERIOR PEST INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES 1. Contractor shall provide, place, and maintain a minimum of 50 rodent stations outside of buildings throughout the Home. Rodent stations shall be checked for pest activity and maintained throughout the Contract period. Contractor shall provide additional rodent stations as necessary. Rodent stations shall be as follows: a. Tamer resistant, lids of the boxes shall be securely locked or fastened shut b. Rat-size c. Commercial grade molded black plastic d. Capable of being fitted in corners and flush against walls, and placed out of general view where they will not be disturbed by the Home’s operations e. Use extruded bait supported by a securing rod f. Have an anchoring device to prevent them from being moved g. Labeled on the inside with the Contractor’s business name and address h. Visibility numbered and dated on the day they are set out and at each service 2. Contractor shall remove all rodent stations at the end of the contract period. 3. Contractor shall perform regular gopher control to eliminate gopher infestation. 4. Contractor shall remove spider webs around the facility. 5.
