A. Annual Maintenance (Potable and Non-Potable) The Contractor shall provide maintenance of each well as identified herein, annually. Annual maintenance visits will be paid at the Annual Maintenance Service Rate, as identified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include any preventive maintenance kits or parts recommended by the manufacturer for preventive maintenance for each piece of equipment. Each annual maintenance visit shall include, but not be limited to the following: • Inspect well pumps, motors, and controls. Ensure pump seals are intact, and the system is not running hot. Verify proper voltage and amp draws on each motor/pump and provide a report for each. Check all timers to ensure that pump operating times are equalized. Operate the controls manually to verify that they are working. If the institution/facility Plant is utilizing a Supervisor Control and Data Actuation (SCADA) system, verify that the system is functional and operating for each well and booster pump.
