The scope of work encompasses roadway rehabilitation of Lower Mill Road, Sandswitch Road, and Old Dayton Pike. Tasks include, but are not limited to: milling and/or full-depth reclamation (FDR) of existing pavement structures; hot mix asphalt (HMA) placement, compaction and associated preparatory and regulatory work for installation; and resident notifications. MUTCD compliant traffic control plans shall be implemented. Utility coordination is required for main and service locates, manhole adjustments, and potential utility relocations. Driveway adjustments, mobilization, and placement of regulatory signage are mandated. Concrete curb and driveway replacement, sanitary manhole adjustments, and milling operations will be performed as directed. Traffic signal loop detector installation or saw cutting may be required. ADAcompliant curb ramp upgrades and placement of temporary and permanent pavement markings are also within the scope.
