The selected Agency will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list): A. Manage, operate and fully staff the Randolph County Food Hub B. Agencies revenue stream: • Determine any onboarding or membership fees for producers (one-time or recurring) • Negotiate a mark-up percentage on all sales through the Food Hub • Set monthly storage pricing for cold storage shelving, freezer storage shelving and dry storage shelving (See Appendix C for sample storage pricing) • Seek and apply for grant funding opportunities C. All staffing costs D. All costs of program supplies and equipment E. All costs of marketing and advertising • All marketing and advertising will be under “Randolph County Food Hub operated by (Agency name will go here) F. Setting the schedule for Food Hub operations for: • Food Hub Staff • Producer drop-off day, Agency packing day and customer pick-up day (See Appendix E for Sample Food Hub schedule) G. Utilize the Local Food Marketplace software for online sales and refunds (no cash sales)
