One-time Pickup: The pickup window for a one-time service shall be confirmed on a specific date and time agreed upon between the customer and the service provider in writing via email. Any pickup request by the County shall be completed within a 2–4-hour pickup window. County will notify contractor at least 48 hours prior to pickup services. Contractor shall possess all Federal, State and Local permits, licenses and approvals necessary to provide services required for paper recycling and destruction of confidential documents and any other related requirement shall be valid for the term of the Contract. RANDOM PICK-UP REQUEST SERVICES: Contractor shall offers random pick-up request services to accommodate clients' occasional or unplanned needs for paper recycling and destruction. Random pick-up requests shall be subject to availability and scheduling constraints and may incur additional fees based on factors such as urgency, distance, and timing. County may submit random pick-up requests by contacting the Contractor via designated communication channels, including phone, email, or online portal.
