Open protocol BAS to include new DDC controls for chiller plant, computer server with cybersecure front end software, including chiller plant optimization software. Work also includes demolition of pumps in the Mechanical Penthouse. Demolition and replacement of the sanitary sewer drain piping serving the 2nd floor food services area below the floor.
