Contractor shall provide truck, tank, and qualified operators to service grease traps at each site. Additionally, most of the locations are too small for a large truck to maneuver safely. Therefore, it is up to the contractor to decide how to complete service as long as it is accomplished safely. E. Contractor shall pump out and haul waste grease, cooking oil, and debris from grease traps to appropriate dumping site. F. Contractor shall pressure wash the traps at the time of service to remove grease build up. G.
