A. SITE WORK: The following are examples of the types of work the Contractor will be required to complete during the course of this Agreement. It is not intended to be “all inclusive.” 1. Analyze broken glass and film. 2. Take measurements of glass and film dimensions. 3. Remove and haul away to an offsite location any damaged glass, materials, film, waste, debris, and other rubbish. 4. Clean and prepare for repairs/installation. 5. Properly operate equipment and tools in a skilled manner using the best technique for this type of work. 6. Furnish and install glass, film, gas, and seal in the correct quality, size, thickness, color (such as Azurlite), and type (such as Tempered or Laminate). Contractor must verify. 7. Glass and film repairs/installations. 8. Custom fabrication. 9. Weatherproofing. 10. Board-up services. All of the above work shall be done in accordance to industry standards and manufacturer’s guidelines. All manufactured products shall be purchased with respect to existing code requirements. Additionally, all color and pattern specifications must be approved by the EDD Facility Representative prior to the commencement of work. B. VERIFICATION: All services shall be subject to inspection by the EDD Representative at any and all times during the performance hereof.
