A. The work in this contract comprises of supplying and installing new steam heat tube transfer bundles in the Kitchen Steam room of the Minneapolis Convention center. The vendor shall provide all means, tools and equipment to perform the removal and installation of exact replacement heat transfer bundles. All work associated with the installation shall be performed by the vendor including, but not limited to, pipe fitting, welding, plumbing, fabrication and insulation. The bid shall include any rigging to properly locate the materials for installation at the MCC. The bid shall include any modifications/preparations in the kitchen steam room for the installation. This work will also include disposal of the removed material in a dumpster provided by the MCC. All work shall be complete by June 1, 2025. B. Coordination of all work performed with MCC Project Manager. C. Required permits for work performed shall be obtained by the successful bidder. D. Vendor shall perform all necessary connections to existing MCC equipment. E. Disconnect, remove and properly dispose of failed steam bundle in designated construction dumpster F. Disconnect remove and properly dispose of failed control valve G. Furnish and install new steam bundle H. Furnish and install new control valve I. Furnish and install new gaskets J. Patch insulation K. Start and test for proper operation L. Report any findings or deficiencies to client
