Trip Details for MTSU to Cookeville, TN Leave from MTSU Rutherford Parking Lot (across from Greek Row) Murfreesboro, TN to Cookville, TN and back to MTSU Rutherford Parking Lot Murfreesboro, TN. See attached Fall 2025 Trip Details document for trip itinerary. 2. Company Requirements The bus driver's contact information must be provided at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled pick-up date. Please contact Cindy Dinwiddle - 615-898-2239 -The driver's 24 hour reliable cell phone contact information must be provided. -Company service representative's 24 hour reliable cell phone contact information must be provided. -The bus driver must have directions to the predetermined location. -All drivers must be professional and experienced. -No fueling while MTSU representative on board. -Bus and driver will remain with the band at all times, from pickup until return and be available to transport band for meals. -Successful bidder agrees to contact Cindy Dinwiddie immediately upon any expected delays. -Awarded supplier will be provided with specific itinerary -Bus must be on-time and ready to load at spot time. -Bus must allow for food and drinks with lids on board. -A hotel room will be provided for driver. Only ONE (1) night stay for overnight trips. Late checkout may be allowed (at no additional cost to MTSU); time of late checkout determined by hotel's policy. Additional night and/or late checkout pass hotel policy will be at vendor/driver's expense. -Awarded supplier will be provided with specific itinerary. 3. Bus Description and Accessories Successful bidder will assure: -accommodate a minimum of 47 passengers -be 2014 or newer -have fully working wireless internet access and outlets, satellite preferable. -have electrical outlets on both sides of the bus for computer use -working and well maintained air conditioning/heating unit -Restrooms must be clean and free of odors and allow for use when needed -Buses to be equipped with functional emergency exits and clean underneath storage
