Project specifications consist of*: 1. Roof Replacement: Remove all shingles, underlayment, and roofing accessories from entire house structure down to the roof deck. Inspect remaining roof deck for deterioration and or damage Replace roof deck as necessary. Provide a sq ft unit cost for deck repair/replacement. Install ice and water shield, which shall extend from the lowest edges of all roof surfaces to a point not less than 24-inches inside the exterior wall line of the building.
