The purpose of this solicitation is to establish statewide term contracts for the provision of diesel fuels in bulk quantities to governmental entities in the State of South Carolina. The State seeks to purchase ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) in tankwagon quantities of less than seven thousand five hundred (7,500) gallons and in transport quantities of seven thousand five hundred (7,500) gallons or more. The State is also seeking a mobile fueling service option for three zones and has line items for this service per zone as well. The mobile fueling service includes dispensing Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) and should coincide with the school bus fueling cycle on an as-needed basis to ensure the school bus always has an adequate amount of DEF.
